Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Next day delivery must be ordered before 1pm Monday to Thursday to arrive the following working day. An order placed on a Friday with next day delivery will arrive on the following Monday.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Remote and offshore UK addresses

Some destinations take longer than our standard timescale, and next day delivery is not available to them. Please allow up to 5 working days for:

The Scottish Highlands and Islands
Northern Ireland
The Isles of Scilly
Other offshore and remote postcodes

Next day delivery is not offered at checkout for Northern Ireland. For the Highlands, islands and other remote postcodes it may still appear as an option. If you choose it, we will email you, send your order by standard delivery and refund the difference. Standard delivery charges are the same wherever you are in the UK.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, contact us and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photograph, and we will replace or refund it.

Deliveries outside the UK

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not yet deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the European Union or other international destinations.
